This program will involve
-Speed & agility training
-Flexibility & mobility
-Endurance training
-Introduction to weight training
-Dynamic balance & coordination
These abilities apply to all sports
Classes are offered (Teenagers)
Mondays & Wednesdays 6:15-7:00PM
6-11 year olds
Tuesdays & Thursdays 6:15-7:00PM
Just $35 per week
